Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal.

The period is observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days.

For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.

Withdrawal exclusions apply only in the cases provided by law. For our complementary feed supplements, this may be relevant in particular where a product was delivered sealed, is unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, and the seal was removed after delivery.

• Opening the shipping packaging alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

Statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
